Our mission is to elevate the stories of leaders who are making significant change in their communities while providing insights into effective business models that sustain social impact. We believe that by sharing these stories, we can inspire others to take action in their own communities and provide practical knowledge about building sustainable initiatives that create lasting change.
The podcast is designed for socially-conscious listeners who are interested in community development, social entrepreneurship, and purpose-driven leadership. We recognize that meaningful community impact often requires sound business practices—our podcast aims to demonstrate how both compassion and strategic thinking can work together to create significant change.
Our podcast offers featured leaders two valuable benefits. First, it provides a platform to amplify the important work they're doing in their communities. Second, it positions them as thought leaders in combining social impact with effective business practices. For our listeners, each episode delivers both inspiration and practical insights from those who have successfully created sustainable change.
The Podcast Format
The preferred format is a video podcast where we are on camera discussing the topic at hand. But if for some reason you don’t feel comfortable with that, we can work with an audio version as well. The podcast will be distributed on Youtube, Spotify, Apple Music, and Soundcloud. There will also be some cut-ups of the video that can be used for marketing purposes. You will have some editorial say in the content, if there’s something after recording that you felt shouldn’t be shared, we can edit that out.

The podcast is produced by Veriga Partners, a firm that specializes in leveraging AI and automation to help business practices scale while maintaining quality of services.
Meet Your Hosts
Our podcast, hosted by Sita Romero and Marcos Romero, offers a refreshingly authentic approach to interviews. Rather than following rigid scripts, we embrace an organic conversation style that naturally uncovers our guests' true passions and the heart of their businesses. The Romeros have mastered the art of creating a comfortable space where interviewees can share deeper insights, resulting in discussions that reveal not just what our guests do, but why they do it.
